During the colder months fish the Jerkbite with longer pauses between each twitch. Even on a steady retrieve you get a fantastic action out from this slim bait. The key to the strike is those pauses when the lure stays right in the strike zone thanks to the perfectly balanced suspending action. This bait will clean up when everything else fails. Jerkbite features our integrated long-cast system where two steel balls drop into the tail when casting and settle in the belly on the retrieve. This system ensures long and accurate casts and adds to the extremely effective darting action - just like a panicking baitfish.
